You choose a hospital
After comparing the proposed team, clinical plan, estimate and practical fit.
Hospitals may pay TIB HIND for coordination after a patient chooses to proceed. You do not pay a separate TIB HIND coordination fee for the services listed on this page. Your medical and travel costs remain your responsibility.
When a partner hospital pays TIB HIND, it is paying for patient coordination and related support. That payment is between the hospital and TIB HIND; it should not replace a clear hospital estimate or influence whether a treatment is clinically appropriate.

Medical charges go to the hospital. Travel and accommodation are paid to their providers.
A service or coordination payment may be made under our agreement with that hospital.
Important: TIB HIND does not diagnose, prescribe, provide hospital care or guarantee an outcome. Clinical decisions remain with the responsible doctors and hospital.
A third-party charge may still apply where you separately choose a paid service, such as a hotel, transport provider, translator or document service. Ask for the provider and amount before agreeing.
A hospital-funded model creates a relationship that patients deserve to understand. These safeguards separate coordination from clinical judgment and keep the final choice with you.
A payment arrangement does not make a hospital suitable. We first consider the condition, specialist type, hospital capability and practical needs described in the patient’s file.
A hospital or doctor cannot purchase a higher position in the TIB HIND directories. Directory order is not a recommendation or outcome claim.
You may request clarification, seek another opinion, choose a different hospital or stop the process before committing to treatment.
The hospital remains responsible for its clinical plan, estimate, invoice, cancellation terms and any revision after examination.
TIB HIND does not charge a separate coordination fee for the initial services listed on this page. The hospital, doctor and other providers may charge for their own services.
The hospital’s estimate should list the medical services and patient charges it expects you to pay. Ask us and the hospital to clarify any line that is unclear. TIB HIND’s commercial arrangement with a hospital is separate from your clinical quotation.
Commercial arrangements can differ. They do not determine whether a hospital is clinically suitable, and they do not guarantee that every hospital will accept a case.
Yes. You remain free to choose another provider or obtain an independent opinion. TIB HIND may not be able to coordinate services at a hospital with which it has no working arrangement.
Medical payments should be made through the hospital or authorised provider using the payment details and receipt process they confirm. Travel and accommodation are paid to the relevant providers.
The treating team should explain the clinical reason and the hospital should issue an updated estimate or consent where applicable. Ask before approving non-emergency additions whenever possible.
No. No facilitator, hospital or doctor can guarantee a result. Clinical decisions and outcomes depend on the individual case and remain the responsibility of the qualified treating team.
Send the estimate or invoice line you do not understand. We will identify whether it comes from the hospital, a travel provider or a separate service.
