The e-Medical Visa steps
Allow roughly a week between applying and travelling. The e-Medical Visa must be applied for at least four days before your flight.
- Send your reports — your invitation letter is issued within 2–3 working days
- Apply online for the e-Medical Visa, at least four days before you travel
- Wait for the approved e-visa — allow about a week
- Fly to Delhi and carry your invitation letter and medical summary
- Show your letter at immigration on arrival

Usually within two weeks of sending your reports: 2–3 working days for the letter, up to a week for the e-visa, then flights. Plan for a week of assessment in Delhi before any procedure.
Yes. The e-Medical Visa allows up to three companions per patient. Your companions apply together with you and carry the same invitation letter.
Send us the refusal notice and we will review it with you. We correct the invitation or documents if that is the cause and support a fresh application. We will not push you toward a visa that is unlikely to be granted.
